All prices on this website are in New Zealand Dollars. All orders received will be delivered to you within 4 working days within NZ ( NZ Rural deliveries can take up to 5-6 working days ) . If there are any products out of stock we will let you know via email before sending any products out to you.

A tracking number will be available for all sent items, should you at any stage require the tracking number please contact us. Returns & Exchanges
M Collections guarantee that your products will arrive on time and in a high standard. If a customer purchases an item that is not the right shade of colour or have a reaction within 48 hours of purchase you should contact us via phone or email to arrange an exchange or refund. If goods are not received in a condition that M Collections feels is up to its high quality standard, we will replace your order, having it delivered to your door free.
Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused (in case of a skin reaction you must contact us within 48 Hours of using product), with all packaging and labels intact.

Purchasing with LayBuy
Laybuy lets you receive your online purchase now and spread the total cost over six weekly interest-free automatic payments.
How it works
- Simply select Laybuy as your Payment Method at the checkout.
- Returning Laybuy customers only need to confirm the order to complete the purchase.

- Your order is processed immediately and your payment schedule is established.
- Only a sixth is due today and the rest is split into five weekly automatic payments on the day of the original purchase. No interest is charged, however, late fees may be charged by Laybuy for missed payments.
How to join
You can click through and join from the MCollections MSkin checkout or join before you start shopping. Simply complete the online registration and Laybuy will automatically assign you a limit and you can begin shopping immediately.
Who can join
Any NZ resident over 18 with a current debit or credit card.
If you do fail to make a payment, a default fee of $10 may be charged. Additional failure to make payments will result in further charges being applied to your Laybuy account. These fees will be incurred for each payment that is late. Laybuy manages all payments and late fees.
Purchases above your Laybuy limit
You can make a purchase over your Laybuy limit if your credit card has sufficient funds to cover the excess cost immediately, however, this will change the way in which you will be required to make payments to Laybuy. The excess must be paid at the time of your first instalment and then your “limit” amount is split out over five weeks. For example if you have a $600 Laybuy limit and make an online purchase of $1200 your credit card will be charged for the $600 excess immediately and then five weekly payments of $120 for the balance.
Unfortunately, at this stage we do not have this payment option instore.

We accept no cancellations for orders placed. If you feel you have ordered the wrong product we can offer a credit voucher. Please notify us within 24 hours and as long as product has not been shipped out your order will be exchanged for a credit note.
